Why I read it: looked fun

Synopsis:

But now, her ex-boyfriend's song about their breakup is at the top of the charts and she's suddenly famous!  The paparazzi won't leave her alone, the tabloids are trying to make her into some kind of rock goddess, and the Internet is documenting her every move!
Will Audrey ever be able to have a normal life again?  Get ready to find out, because it's time for Audrey to tell her side of the story.

My review:
If you start reading this expecting to find a great piece of literature, or to read a book that's really going to make you think, stop now because you're going to be disappointed.  This book is pure fluff, plain and simple.  But it sure was fun.

Audrey was a likable character, but even more I liked her best friend, Victoria.  Sure, the book wasn't very believable at times, but Robin Benway is a witty enough writer that I didn't really care.  I don't mind suspending belief for a few hours while I have an enjoyable time.

There is quite a bit of language in this one, and teen sex is referenced very casually, so if you're offended by or don't like that in your books, I would skip this one.  Otherwise, if your a fan of YA or chicklit, pick this one up and prepare for a fun ride.

I really enjoyed this piece of fluff - once i got past the language that is. But yes, Victoria was one of the best parts. I want her for a friend!
